About The Role The Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at retail shops and special events within the cannabis industry. This position supports both the Marketing and Sales team to increase brand visibility, activation and trade engagement, strengthening our relationships with our dispensaries and our customers through relationship building. The Brand Ambassador will be experienced in gathering and distilling marketplace and consumer insights to inform future products and decision making.

About The Role

The Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at retail shops and special events within the cannabis industry. This position supports both the Marketing and Sales team to increase brand visibility, activation and trade engagement, strengthening our relationships with our dispensaries and our customers through relationship building. The Brand Ambassador will be experienced in gathering and distilling marketplace and consumer insights to inform future products and decision making. (Hiring two roles: 1 in Santa Ana, CA and 1 in Antioch, CA)

What You Will Do

- Acts as the “face of the brand” within a set territory, representing the brand and company in a positive and professional manner at retail shops and special events within the cannabis industry.
- Set up a table at dispensaries and educate customers of the brand and promotion going on.
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to be clearly communicated to consumers.
- Educate customers and budtenders on our product and the brand.
- Execute promotions
- Relay inventory issues to management
- Ensure all customer feedback is relayed accurately to management
- Utilize creative thinking to set the brand apart from the competition at retail shops
- Transport all promotional material to and from pop-up events.
- Set up event stations and position our product to be displayed in an optimal position to heighten our brand presence.
- Facilitate relationships between the Brand and the Budtenders.

- Have an expert level of knowledge of our products
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of insurance and a clean driving record.

- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires normal hearing range
