The Finance Group Global Inc. is a women-owned and led organization providing outsourced finance and accounting services across North America. We service businesses across all industries by completely managing the company finance function through Fractional CFO, Part-time Controllership, Systems Implementations, Bookkeeping, and Human Resources.

Position Summary:

The Finance Group is growing quickly, and we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide part-time fractional executive leadership, optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and driving business efficiency to our clients. The Fractional COO will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders to implement scalable operational strategies, improve workflows, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Operational Strategy & Execution:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth.
2. Improve business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Oversee daily operations and optimize cross-functional team performance.

Financial & Performance Management:

1. Assess and improve financial performance, focusing on operational efficiencies.
2. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
3. Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.

Team Leadership & Culture:

1. Lead and mentor operational teams to enhance productivity and collaboration.
2. Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and ownership.
3. Ensure seamless communication between departments to align with strategic goals.

Process Improvement & Technology Optimization:

1. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
2. Leverage technology and automation to streamline business operations.
3. Oversee supply chain, logistics, and vendor management as needed.

Growth & Scalability:

1. Support business scaling efforts, including expansion strategies and operational frameworks.
2. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable sustainable growth.
3. Work with leadership to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals.

Education and Experience:

5. Experience with technology-driven operational improvements and automation.
