We are looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team on a contract basis for a minimum of three months. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced real estate and facilities management industry, with the potential for contract extension or permanent placement. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, this position will focus on financial reporting, audits, and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed schedules and financial statements, including comprehensive notes for audit and review engagements.
• Assist in reviewing and finalizing year-end financial records prior to book closure.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledgers, and intercompany accounts.
• Compile and organize working papers to support year-end audit processes.
• Collaborate with the tax team to provide administrative and operational support.
• Manage consolidated financial statements for multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle tasks related to joint ventures and limited partnerships, contributing to their financial oversight.
• Deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively within a team setting to ensure seamless collaboration on financial matters.
