Responsibilities

- Conduct educational seminars to provide financial advice tailored to clients' risk tolerance and goals.

- Use CRM tools to track clients’ financial status, goals, cash flow, and expectations for personalized planning.

- Develop customized financial plans using company products and services aligned with client needs.

- Continuously generate prospects through social media and other marketing channels.

- Build trusted relationships with new clients as their financial advisor.

- Guide clients on life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and related financial products.

Qualifications

- Life, health, and accident, SIE, 6 or 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required, or the ability to obtain licenses within a designated time frame.

- Relationship management skills are required.

- Motivated self‑starters are a must.

Compensation

$84,000 - $115,000 yearly
