The Transaction Screening Solutions Delivery team is a risk management, solutions, and support function responsible for the execution of sanctions screening solutions globally, enterprise-wide. The Senior Manager leads and oversees the Global Sanctions Program's Transaction Screening technology and solutions management functions, establishing payment roadmaps and supporting technology and operational processes, while ensuring tuning methodology, rules governance framework, and screening standards are developed, managed, executed, and maintained in compliance with governing regulations, internal bank-wide policies, and procedures.

Solution Delivery:

- Champion the delivery of new projects, including architecture, solution design, stakeholder management, requirements, estimations, impact analysis, project planning (in partnership with the Governance/Intake and Data Analytics team), and delivery.

- Review high-level requirements via the Intake process, and work with clients to further ascertain requirements. If a new project, ensure that the NIRA and NIASRA have been completed and are in a 'Ready to Action' state.

Application Support:

- Ensure that HOTSCAN/CMT, Bridger, and Sanction Automation solution issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

- Conduct the Business Problem process accordingly for tracking and communication purposes.

- Assess HOTSCAN/CMT, Bridger performance, and play an active role in ensuring overall application health and stability.

- Provide input into Release Coordination for application changes or updates as needed.

- Facilitate the testing and management reporting on the efficacy and efficiency of the systems.

- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory examination or internal audit engagements in a timely manner.

- Oversee the management of the Product Backlog (Book of Work) by working with the HOTSCAN lab and Team Leads to estimate effort for Product.

BAU Delivery:

- Ensure stability and effectiveness of the Payment Screening application ecosystem, including but not limited to HotScan, CMT (Case Management Tool), and all aspects related to the end-to-end flow of payment screening.

- Execute BAU deliverables as per TS Operational Calendar.

- Develop a tracking mechanism for documentation owned by the Transaction Screening Solutions Delivery team and facilitate periodic updates and approvals to various documentation.

- Ensure all Business Problems (Exceptions) and Issues are accurately tracked per our internal process in a timely manner and all communications are sent when applicable.

- Provide communication notifications to relevant stakeholders for any planned or scheduled downtime of Transaction Screening solutions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have experience with:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, law, engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years in compliance or governance functions in the financial services sector.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements with respect to sanctions.

- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, project management, and planning skills.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of business, products, operations, systems, and organization for the financial services sector.
