Location: North Bay

Salary: $68,640 per year (salaried position)

Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Role: Temporary Armed Operations Supervisor

- Schedule: (4 Days on, 3 Days off - 12 hour shifts)
Wednesday - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Thursday - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Friday - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Saturday - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Qualifications

To qualify for either role, candidates should have:

- Preferred: Minimum of two years in a Lead or Supervisor role
- Current & Valid CA BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
- Up-to-date BSIS Certifications
- Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to leading by example
- Outstanding communication and observation abilities
- Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology on the go
- Clean driving record and valid Drivers License

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisors play an essential role in ensuring a safe, professional, and responsive work environment. Duties include effective communication, problem-solving, excellent de-escalation techniques, and time management.

- Graveyard Experience: Previous experience on overnight shifts is essential.
