Scope of Work:
Provides operational and technical maintenance support of mobile electronic warfare systems for the Pacific Northwest Electronic Warfare Range.
Responsibilities:
- Performs systems operations and maintenance. Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturer’s manuals or similar documents.
- Uses complex test instruments such as pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and computer analytical equipment.
- Performs organizational and intermediate-level maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Will be operationally qualified at designated tech level within 90 days of hiring or promotion.
- Responsible for adhering to environmental, safety, and health standards related to the activity.
- Must successfully complete all assigned training and ensure its entry into their training jacket.
- Will accurately document work performed in IEMS.
- May be required to travel up to 50% in performance of work.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Consistently produces quality products and service.
- Completes all training within required timeline.
- Performs all work in a safe and secure manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ experience in the following areas:
- Digital/analog signal processing
- Synchro-servo circuits; Radar and radar theory
- Electromechanical devices
- Video signal processing and recording
- Communications (multiplexer equipment)
- Digital/analog computer systems
- DC power supplies
- Test Equipment
- Optical Equipment
- RF Signal processing
- Antenna Systems
- Low-voltage AC Equipment
- Primary and secondary power equipment
- Portable AC generators
- Two years’ operating experience with radar systems.
- Possess a valid state Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an interim Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
- Must maintain licenses and/or credentials required for this position.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must possess the ability to interact well with others in a team setting.
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints.
- Highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.
- Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
- Must be able to perform duties under adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to work alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary.
- Must be able to perform on-call duties when necessary.
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
- Must have a safe driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
