What We Offer
- $15/hour USD for American applicants and $19.50/CAD for our Canadian applicants
- guaranteed base pay
- Weekly bonuses

- Automated dialing system (NO manual dialing)
- Proven scripts and full training
- Full-time schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST
- No weekends What You’ll Do
- Speak with interested consumers using our automated dialing platform.
- Verify customer information.
- Build rapport and generate excitement.
- Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
- Earn commission for every successful billable transfer. What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center, sales, appointment setting, or transfer experience preferred.
- Competitive personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Coachable attitude.
- Desire to earn well above average income. Equipment Requirements
- Windows PC or Laptop (i5 processor or better)
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
