This full‑time, permanent role is based in our Scarborough store.

Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.

- Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning‑focused environment.

- Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.

- Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.

- Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

- Hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license.

- Maintain a valid driver’s license.

- Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with front‑end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.

- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to problem‑solving.
