Key Responsibilities
• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services
• Manage financial due diligence engagements and client relationships
• Oversee quality of earnings and financial analysis
• Develop market opportunities and lead proposal preparations
• Mentor team members to cultivate a collaborative culture
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
• CPA, CBV, CFA, or equivalent designation
• Proven success in complex transaction management
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
