BUILDING MECHANICAL DIRECTOR

Consulting engineering company is looking for its future experienced building mechanics director.
What will your daily life be like?
1. Management of the department as a whole:
2. Manage the department’s human, material, budgetary and software resources.
3. Participate in the strategic development of the department.
4. HR/Recruitment/Performance appraisal.
5. Monitor and develop resource efficiency when carrying out projects.
6. Technical development, innovation, BIM.
7. Monitor department projects: Quality, Performance/efficiency, Choice and technical orientations.
8. Support business development, participate in the drafting of service offers.
9. Maintain and develop relationships with our partners in complementary disciplines.
Participate in mandates as project manager:
1. Carry out assessments of existing mechanical installations.
2. Meet customers and define the mechanical needs of a project.
3. Design plans and quotes for the different mechanical systems.
4. Make budget estimates.
