Your job Analyze, authorize, or recommend agricultural and agribusiness credit files, in line with risk appetite and policy Collaborate with business lines to deliver timely responses on financing requests Support account managers as an advisor and coach in structuring credit Monitor loan portfolios and proactively recommend improvements Identify and implement quality control strategies to strengthen portfolio integrity Participate in credit committees and strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with policies and act as a change agent to improve tools and processes Your team The Credit Risk Sector includes 50 professionals in the field of commercial banking, specialized, agriculture, real estate and 1859.
