What if you were the next member of our team? As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading complex, large-scale projects while also taking on leadership and mentorship responsibilities in support of the Ottawa Partner and other senior members of the team.
Specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Lead all phases of major projects specifically assigned to the Senior Architect, from feasibility studies and design through to construction;
- Drive the development and coordination of construction drawings, technical details, and specifications, ensuring the design intent is delivered in compliance with budgets, codes and regulations;
- Act as a reference point and leader for the Ottawa office, working closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary partners;
- Mentor, inspire, and support technical and design team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing;
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the projects and provide guidance to the other Project Managers with meeting their internal project responsibilities;
- Represent Figurr with professionalism, vision, and creativity in front of clients and partners.

You have the following qualifications?
- Professional degree in architecture and OAA member;
- Minimum 10 years of experience;
- Proven experience in managing complex projects through design, construction drawings, and contract administration;
- Thorough knowledge of building systems and envelop detailing, to develop and coordinate contract documents and ensure accuracy;
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BLUEBEAM;
- Bilingualism is an asset.
