I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I'm looking for a financial analyst for my client in the construction sector. This is a permanent position in Sainte-Julie with one to two days of remote work.Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and control cabinetmaking project costs: analyze variances between actual costs and budgets, detect deviations, and recommend adjustments. * Develop, update, and monitor management dashboards (performance indicators, project margins, profitability, etc.). * Participate in project financial planning in collaboration with project managers and production teams. * Reconcile project-related cash flows, including receipts, disbursements, and advances. * Control intercompany financial flows: ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper monitoring between the various group entities. * Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure consistency between purchase orders, invoices, and projected costs. * Support the continuous improvement of financial management tools and internal control processes. * Work with management to provide ad hoc analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. You have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience. You are proficient in costing, budget management, and internal control principles. You are comfortable with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and have a good understanding of an ERP system. You are rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You know how to collaborate with various stakeholders and clearly communicate financial information.
