THE WORK
We build 3-4 story wood-frame multi‑unit residential across Nova Scotia (generally within 90 minutes to HRM). We bring you in for framing.
Spec translation: Review structural drawings, define exactly how connections and details should be executed. Plain language, demonstrable.
Crew briefing: Meet with the actual framers before they start each building. Not just the foreman — the guys swinging hammers. Show them what you expect. Answer questions. No excuses later.
Certification: Verify work meetspattern the standard you set. Your sign‑off unlocks payment. If it's wrong, you say what's wrong and how to fix it.
2‑5 visits/month when we have framing going. You set availability. We schedule around you.

THE MONEY
$100/hour on site — 1.5 hour minimum. $150 bonus when work passes first time after your crew briefing.
