Looking to take your first steps into the world of accounting and learn hands-on?This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. You will handle a variety of tasks, work closely with operations, and gain new knowledge every day.

Tasks

- Enter and process data in the MIR software (tracking maintenance of trucks and trailers).
- Create work orders for the garage.
- Prepare purchase orders, delivery slips, and invoices upon receipt of parts.
- Transfer information into the accounting software.
- Perform simple, daily invoicing tasks.
- Collaborate with the garage and head office (walking distance, both sites are located next to each other).
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

- Diploma in accounting or a related field.
- Good knowledge of computer tools, including Sage 300 and Excel.
