Key Responsibilities
- Run one busy Splitsville entertainment centre
- Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams
- Deliver budget and KPI results
- Coach, lead, motivate, and inspire team members
- Provide safe, fun, vibrant guest environments
Requirements:
- Hands-on General Manager experience, ideally leisure, hospitality, or retail
- Experience managing budgets of at least $1 million
- Evidence of optimising business-unit sales and performance
- Passion for coaching, developing, and progressing teams
- Willingness to work nights and weekends Bring operational standards, financial accountability, and people leadership to Splitsville's bowling, dining, bar, and amusement business.
