Sr. Sales Staffing Account Manager

This position has strong earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commission plan.

Overall Requirements:

1. 3+ years' experience working as an Account Executive/Account Manager within a staff augmentation and managed services line of business
2. Experience supporting name brand accounts is highly preferred.
3. Proven Capability to drive sales; ability to prospect new accounts and create a strong value proposition for the client
4. Strong communicator of oral and written work; also good presentation skills
5. Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies
6. Understands the importance of documentation and the utilization of tracking tools
7. Knowledge of assigned vertical/industries with an ability to learn quickly
8. Superior interpersonal skills - work collaboratively within a matrix organization
9. Adaptable to change
10. Favorable results on assessments – Sales Skills Index
11. Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience

Key Performance Indicators (specifics as identified in Key Responsibilities)

2. Achievement of all KPI's – both leading and lagging
3. Meet a minimum of 8-10 meetings per week and maintain a requirement pipeline of ten requirements at any given time
4. Assist, as needed, with coaching and development of new grads, which is part of our D&A program
5. Participate in training as assigned/requested
6. Use tools consistently and effectively, according to Dexian processes
7. Meet all deadlines assigned or self-imposed with clients and with colleagues
8. Produce high quality work by ensuring attention to detail
9. Communicate effectively and positively

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve annual KPI targets, to include attainment of GP quota of approximately $500,000 in profit for Account Managers
2. Build and maintain key relationships with clients; involve MD with key clients
3. Work with MD to help drive the go-to-market strategy plan for assigned accounts
4. Make quarterly updates to account plans
5. Manage assigned clients within assigned vertical by using tools to the fullest extent
6. Assist MD with coaching and mentoring of AR's (Associate Recruiters) as needed
7. Collaborate effectively with Delivery/Recruiters
8. Leverage offerings of the Shared Services teams and collaborate effectively with all groups (Finance, Legal, HR, Operations/IT and Strategy, Policy & Programs)
9. Willingly offer and receive knowledge from others within or outside Dexian
10. Adhere to all Dexian policies and business processes; measure effectiveness of processes by using all designated Dexian tools, such as Analyzer, PeopleSoft, & Bullhorn.
