Senior Laser Technician – Diode, CO₂ & Pico Specialist (Part-Time → Full-Time)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Laser Technician to join our expanding clinical team. This role begins part-time, with the option to transition to full-time based on performance and clinic growth. Candidates must have 3–5+ years of direct experience with Diode, CO₂, and Pico laser modalities. Experience with mesotherapy is considered a valuable bonus and will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced treatments across Diode, CO₂, and Pico platforms
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment protocols
- Operate devices with precision and uphold strict safety standards
- Document settings, patient progress, and follow-up recommendations
- Maintain a professional and organized treatment environment
- Educate patients on expectations, aftercare, and treatment outcomes
- (Bonus) Perform or assist with mesotherapy procedures if qualified

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Diode, CO₂, and Pico lasers
- Strong understanding of energy-based devices and laser-tissue interaction
- Certification in laser science or medical aesthetics (preferred)
- Mesotherapy training or experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and patient rapport
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to clinical excellence
