The role:
Cloudcure is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in offering patient-facing care. Collaboration and learning are both significant aspects of this role.
This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to join the team at an early stage with exciting potential for career growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Performing clinical assessments, evaluations and taking patient history
2. Offering treatment options and guidance to patients on our platform
3. Order, interpret and perform diagnostic tests
4. Develop plans for care including prescribing medications or therapies
5. Collaborate and consult with care team and stakeholders as needed
6. Embrace and model our culture of treating each patient with respect and enthusiasm, and ensuring that the team delivers client care excellence
Qualifications & Experience required:
1. Hold a valid and active permit to practice in Quebec as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary care or Adult)
2. Bilingual in French and English
