Key Responsibilities
• Lead and direct all sales department functions
• Maintain a high percentage of customer satisfaction
• Source used vehicles through proactive community engagement
• Facilitate effective team meetings to address sales challenges
• Keep staff informed about manufacturer programs and promotions
Requirements:
• Leadership skills with a focus on team outcomes
• Knowledge of CDK, 180, and AutoAlert technology
• Experience in Pre-Owned auto sales preferred
• At least two years management experience
