Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach business and technology professionals
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders for better support
• Drive delivery and enhancement of investment-facing applications
• Champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 4-5+ years in capital markets or investment management
• Experience managing teams or leading projects
• Strong knowledge of investment lifecycle and technology
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Utilize your leadership and technology expertise to guide AIMCo effectively in the investment domain.
