We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.--I am looking for an FP&A manager for a company in the household appliance sector in Laval. Your tasks will include: -Accounting for, analyzing, and presenting the company's financial results in detail. -Helping to reduce closing times and presenting monthly results to senior management. -Leading the entire budget/forecast cycle and implementing a rolling forecast. -Analyzing variances (budget, forecasts, previous year) and making concrete recommendations. -Supporting operations to achieve group objectives and supervising store performance analyses, margins, and investment projects. -Be present in the field to understand operations, manage cash flow and inventory, and identify risks/opportunities. -Supervise and coach the FP&A team, prioritize tasks, and ensure the quality of deliverables. -Lead interdepartmental meetings to improve profitability and prepare presentations for management, entity managers, and shareholders.What we are looking for: 5 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in retail. -Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, KPIs, and executive communication. -Ability to influence operations and translate numbers into concrete decisions. -Field orientation: good understanding of stores and warehouses, pragmatism, and practicality. -Excellent command of Excel; assets: Power BI/Tableau, ERP (BC), and planning tools.
