What's the Job?

Pay Rate: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
5 Month Contract Responsibilities

- Maintain the plant's quality management system.
- Write and ensure compliance of the quality manual with industry standards and RBQ expectations.
- Manage non-quality measurement and recording processes (customer complaints and RNC).
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions (Poka Yoke, etc.).
- Define company quality policy and objectives.
- Manage and train quality department members and internal auditors.
- Implement and monitor audit programs.
- Define methodologies, tools, and indicators for continuous improvement.
- Promote quality culture internally and with partners.
- Participate in strategic planning related to quality. Requirements

- University degree in engineering, quality sciences, or related field.

- Bilingual (English and French).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing, including 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong regulatory analysis skills.

- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Assets

- Knowledge of refrigeration standards.

- Ability to read mechanical, welding, and electrical blueprints.

- Technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
