This role drives operational excellence, supports technology adoption, and ensures compliance with corporate standards.Key Responsibilities1. Change Management LeadershipSupport the rollout of new initiatives, processes, and technologies across the district.Act as a change champion by communicating updates and ensuring smooth adoption.2. Technology & System Support and TrainingMaintain and troubleshoot POS systems, self-checkout, and other retail tools.Train store associates on operational systems and maintain updated user guides.Serve as the first point of contact for system-related issues and escalate as needed.3. Operational Process SupportEnsure smooth day-to-day front-end and back-end operations and compliance.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for execution efficiency.Monitor adherence to corporate operational standards.4. Inventory Accuracy & Stockroom OperationsOversee receiving, unpacking, and processing of deliveries to maintain inventory accuracy.Support stores in implementing best practices for stockroom organization and flow.5.
