Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and certified IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of ZIG Superwallet across public transportation, tolling, and venue access projects. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and strong leadership across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).This role requires a strong technology background with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and drive execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and milestones.
- Proactively manage scope, schedule, and budget changes using appropriate verification techniques.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and disaster recovery strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including status reports, stakeholder presentations, and change logs.
- Use collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Jira to manage documentation and workflows.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including release and deployment management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) or Agile/Scrum certification.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, resolve issues, and inform decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Jira, and other project management and documentation tools.
