What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

- Post job requisitions across various platforms to attract top talent.

- Source candidates through the ATS, job boards, social platforms, universities, and community channels.

- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, schedule interviews, and provide candidate recommendations.

- Efficiently close open roles and meet hiring deadlines.

Onboarding & Integration Responsibilities

- Process offers and manage onboarding workflow through our ATS.

- Verify new hire documentation and coordinate background checks as required.

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from interview to training.

- Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance the new hire journey.

- Maintain strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and workflow organization.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in high-volume Talent Acquisition (agency, retail, or corporate experience is an asset).

- Experience with an ATS (iCIMS preferred).

- Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, and read).

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving hiring needs.

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and networking abilities.

- Experience in onboarding or employee integration is a strong asset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Ce que vous ferez

Responsabilités – Acquisition de talents

- Afficher les offres d’emploi sur diverses plateformes pour attirer les meilleurs talents.

- Sourcer des candidats via l’ATS, les sites d’emploi, les plateformes sociales, les universités et les réseaux communautaires.

- Examiner les CV et effectuer les premières entrevues/appels de présélection.

- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour comprendre les exigences des rôles, planifier les entrevues et recommander des candidats.

- Clôturer efficacement les postes ouverts et respecter les délais de recrutement.

Responsabilités – Intégration et accueil

- Traiter les offres et gérer le flux d’intégration via notre ATS.

- Vérifier les documents des nouveaux employés et coordonner les vérifications d’antécédents, au besoin.

- Offrir une expérience candidat exceptionnelle, de l’entrevue à la formation.

- Améliorer continuellement les processus d’intégration pour optimiser le parcours des nouveaux employés.

- Maintenir une forte attention aux détails, une documentation précise et une excellente organisation des flux de travail.

Ce que nous recherchons

- 1+ an d’expérience en acquisition de talents à haut volume (expérience en agence, commerce de détail ou milieu corporatif est un atout).

- Expérience avec un ATS (iCIMS préféré).

- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (parlé, écrit et lu).

- Capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes et à s’adapter à des besoins de recrutement changeants.

- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci exceptionnel du détail.

- Solides aptitudes en communication et en réseautage.

- Expérience en intégration ou en accueil des employés est un atout majeur.

- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- Esprit d’équipe collaboratif, performant dans un environnement dynamique.
