Generally, employees are expected to work three or more days in-office each week with flexibility depending on their business, client and team needs.**Job Description:****Senior Counsel, Investments - SLC Management****What Is in It for You:**We are looking for a seasoned finance lawyer with relevant experience and technical expertise in negotiating private credit deals. We primarily support a sophisticated client base (SLC Management’s Private Fixed Income business) and are looking for a lawyer with business acumen and a relentless focus on the client experience and execution to join our dynamic SLC Management legal team.**WHAT YOU WILL DO:*** Review and negotiate debt documentation, identify legal, structural and related risks in potential transactions, ensuring the documentation aligns with the understandings and expectations of the business.
