Enhance nursing education and clinical practices at Unity Health Toronto as a Clinical Educator specializing in NICU/Pediatrics. This full-time temporary position is focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative education.
As a Clinical Educator at St. Joseph's Health Centre, you will lead nursing staff development in the Level 2C NICU and pediatric units over an 18-month contract. Your role will involve planning and delivering education while evaluating clinical practices. Collaboration with inter-professional teams is crucial to advancing best practices and evidence-based nursing.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement tailored educational programs
• Assess nursing staff learning needs and styles
• Deliver evidence-based education and feedback
• Collaborate on corporate nursing initiatives
• Participate in research and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with Ontario College of Nurses
• Master's degree in nursing or education
• Minimum of 2 years in adult education role
• Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
