Key Responsibilities
• Inspect tires to assess suitability for retreading
• Buff tire casings with automated equipment
• Operate manual and computer-controlled machinery
• Manage curing chambers and presses effectively
• Conduct final inspections on retreaded tires
Requirements:
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Experience in fast-paced, physical roles
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
