Hybrid - Vancouver
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Work together with the PMs and other teams to develop and deliver new product offerings
2. Eager to demo and share your work with stakeholders and team members
3. Collaborate with product managers and other software engineers to work on the business requirements, user experience goals and pain points. Deep curiosity, problem solving skills and being well organized go a long way
4. Love researching new technologies that we want to introduce into our product/tech stack, and willingness to learn new technologies, and to solve problems
5. Assist in the deployment and configuration of technologies and tools used in software development, including build servers, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
6. Keep abreast of current software development and DevOps trends and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a software engineer (strong Python is required)
2. At least 1-2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
3. Experience with cloud based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
4. Linux is your go to operating system
5. Experience with scripting languages such as Bash
6. Experience as a DevOps engineer
7. Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Podman
8. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab

The anticipated Total Target Cash (base plus bonus) range for this position is CAD $105,000 – $125,000.
The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, state, or federal law.
