Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic cost and commercial advice to clients
• Lead client-facing engagements in cost assurance
• Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing
• Produce comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure projects
• Challenge contractor submissions during target cost developments
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in cost estimating/QS
• Proven ability in client stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery frameworks
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent
• Experience with collaborative delivery models Utilize your infrastructure cost expertise to drive project success with Turner & Townsend.
