Posting End Date:January 22, 2026Employee Type:Regular-Full timeUnion/Non: This is a non-union positionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Advisor to support daily commercial and measurement activities on the Westcoast pipeline system. Acting as a key liaison between Enbridge and our customers, you will ensure accurate execution of nominations, scheduling, measurement, and imbalance management while maintaining compliance with industry standards and timelines. Your sharp analytical skills will help extract and assess gas volume, measurement contracting, imbalance management, and revenue data to advise and support key teams in Commercial, Business Development, and Regulatory.What you will do:Assist high-profile, complex and/or significant customers as they use contracted services of the pipeline. Includes responding to customer inquiries related to:Nominations, scheduling, confirmations, allocations, curtailment, critical and noncritical notices, OBA’s, imbalances, contracts and the LINK systemInvoices (volumetric component)Interpretation of operational policies and procedures and the tariffSubject matter authority of all facets of the Daily Commercial Operations job requirementsAddress system imbalances in collaboration with shippers and interconnects and gas controlBe a part of the contract administration team, including execution, assignments, and renewals.Maintain accuracy of volumetric and compositional data in measurement software; investigate and resolve metering and gas chromatograph discrepancies.Prepare ad-hoc queries and reports and analyze gas volume and imbalance data for internal teams (Commercial, Business Development, Accounting, Regulatory).Interpretation of operational policies and procedures and the tariff.Ensure compliance with operational policies, tariff requirements, and documentation standards; maintain auditable records of measurement adjustments.Provide coverage for other measurement analysts as needed; create and maintain configuration of measurement data in software systems.Proactively look for better ways to work, solve problems to reduce redundant work and focus attention on the actions that drive the most value.Who You Are:You have:Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Excellent customer service orientation and relationship management skills.Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong oral and written communication skills; proven aptitude with computer systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred:Previous experience in commercial or physical operations within the oil & gas industry.Knowledge of the Westcoast pipeline system and natural gas markets.Broad business knowledge and understanding of measurement processes.Working Conditions:Normal working hours based on gas day (early start time).Evening/weekend on-call and backup coverage requirements.Open office environment with periods of intense stress.#LI-Hybrid #joinourteamAt Enbridge, we are dedicated to our core value of Inclusion.
