About The Role

We are calling for Leaders and Motivators of Movement to join a purpose and community-driven team.

- Lead a group of up to 35 people in a dark-lit room, helping them reach their full potential both on and off the bike.

- Learn the Rival Ride program in either Terrain Riding or Beat Riding; 45-minute classes that are challenging, accessible, and energetic, combining choreography, somatic coaching, and high-intensity cardio training on a stationary bike.

- Program training and your evolution to the podium can take up to 3 months.

- R Studios is all about being more than a workout and supporting people to live holistic lives centered around health, built on community and elevated by connection.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of fitness/movement background or education.
