Position Overview

Front-end developers at Squarepoint are instrumental in enhancing user experience on our sophisticated research and trading platforms. You will use React and TypeScript to develop fully‑featured applications facilitating real‑time data access, and support the exploration of large volumes of data integral to our trading workflows and operations.

Your contributions will drive rapid decision-making and uphold our competitive edge in a high‑stakes trading environment.

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another degree with a heavy emphasis on software development.

- Up to 4 years of experience in a relevant role such as software development.

- Experience in web development using a modern React stack with TypeScript.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to pick up and learn new technologies and frameworks.

- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Git and Linux.

- Experience with relational or document store databases.

- Experience working in an investment or financial business is useful.
