Key Responsibilities
• Own and direct P&L for service delivery solutions
• Lead implementation, support, and training teams
• Build operational rhythms in partnership with Finance
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
• 10 years in leadership with services/delivery focus
• Background in regulated life sciences services
• Driven by a background in either Business or Computer Science
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
• Experience across global markets and enterprise clients Take the lead in perfecting service delivery while enhancing DistillerSR’s reputation for excellence in the life sciences field.
