About the Talent Acquisition team:

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in ensuring Sinai Health remains at the cutting edge of patient care by providing essential services such as recruitment and hiring selection, job fairs/hiring events, sourcing and outreach, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. We focus on recruiting for both Mount Sinai and Hennick Bridgepoint Hospitals while partnering with other HR teams within the People and Culture portfolio department. In our recruitment endeavors, we prioritize creativity and innovation to optimize processes and technologies. This strategy enables us to effectively cater to the requirements of 100+ clients, successfully filling over 300 diverse positions.

In this role you will:

- Support Digital Marketing Lead in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to attract top talent for a wide range of hospital roles, ensuring alignment with employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into targeted marketing approaches.
- Support the development, implementation, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintenance of digital media and related platforms.
- Support the creation of compelling and impactful digital content optimizing the use of available digital platforms and recruitment-focused paid media campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, and job board promotions.
- Prepare content and layout for routine and ad hoc communication releases (e.g. event collateral, program updates, etc.).
- In partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead, develop and evolve digital marketing dashboards and analytics to support decision making.
- Prepare reports regarding campaign performance; track and analyze traffic and trends.
- Identify trends, engagement patterns, and conversion rates to recommend data-driven improvements to recruitment marketing strategies. Research and recommend emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Support the development and maintenance of user guides/workflows/forms and provide training; maintain and update technical documentation.
- Provide project management support to the Digital Marketing Lead.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:

- Successful completion of a University degree or diploma in a related field from an accredited educational institution.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a digital marketing role.
- Applicants with proven equivalent recent and related training and experience may be considered.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in a human resource and/or health care environment.
- Experience administering and optimizing brand presence on relevant online platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including content and paid advertising.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate digital marketing challenges, identify solutions, and adapt strategies to meet evolving talent acquisition needs.
- Proficiency in executing and optimizing multi-channel digital recruitment campaigns, including social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and job board promotions.
- Creative, analytical, detail-oriented with solid agile project management skills.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro).
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply best practices, applicable legislation, policies, procedures and collective agreements (such as AODA/CASL).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; professional, diplomatic and confident with a proven ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Flexible, highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage competing priorities during periods of rapid change and transition with constantly shifting priorities.
- Possesses a high level of accountability and proven capability to identify opportunities, take initiative and think through future implications.
- Demonstrated satisfactory work performance and attendance history.
