Knowledge Management Analyst (Hybrid – Toronto)
This is a full or part time role depending.
Kirsch Group is a security advisory firm that supports organizations, leaders, and families across physical security, cyber, investigations, and private client advisory. We are building a structured KM function to support our growth, and we’re hiring a Knowledge Management Analyst to help formalize and scale our internal IP.
You will help us:
• Advance the firm’s Operations Manual using established frameworks and templates
• Govern all consulting templates, collateral, and version control
• Strengthen information architecture across document repositories, taxonomy, and naming conventions
• Translate subject-matter expertise into clear, repeatable methodologies
• Support quarterly content reviews and quality governance
• Train teams on KM tools, workflows, and documentation standards
You are someone who:
• Has experience in KM, documentation, or information architecture
• Communicates clearly and can extract knowledge from experts
• Brings structure, organization, and process thinking
• Has worked with SharePoint/Confluence/OneDrive or similar tools
• Bonus: experience in professional services, consulting, or security
