We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our team in Peterborough/Cambridgeshire. This innovative role requires a pharmacist with clinical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a drive for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain professional conduct while representing the company.
- Manage authorized clinical projects within set geographical areas, demonstrating efficient time management and prioritization skills.
- Maintain clear audit trails according to company policies and procedures.
- Deliver optimum clinical outcomes for patients and the NHS.
- Adhere to clinical and information governance policies.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively transfer key information and influence stakeholders.
- Ensure services are delivered within protocols, service operating instructions, and systems.
- Provide professional and competent services that contribute to client growth and retention.
- Support the development of clinical and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Liaise with and support team members to integrate and contribute to the company's future development.
- Develop and maintain awareness of key markets, competitors, and their business activities, initiatives, and strategies.
- Acknowledge and fulfill additional duties that benefit the company.
- Identify and secure sign-ups for clinical reviews at individual practice level where clinical need exists.
- Work with regional colleagues to identify and secure interest for Disease Prevalence Service.
- Identify key stakeholders at practice, PCN, or CCG level and refer to Service Development Leads.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Increase awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organizations.
- Complete CPD relevant to current activity and support company strategy as needed.
- Ongoing training on new, existing, and emerging areas to enhance clinical development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Pharmacist with minimum 2 years PQE (desirable).
- Good understanding of QOF and disease registers.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to focus on detail and establish effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of applicable guidelines, regulations, and SOPs.
- Willingness to travel (driving and access to own car required).
