About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the production, scheduling and delivery of digital magazines and other creative assets. This role bridges creative, account and client teams to ensure each issue launches on time. The ideal candidate combines a passion for storytelling with strong operational and digital publishing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management & Workflow
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all digital magazine issues and related campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including editorial, design, marketing and sales.
- Manage multiple content streams simultaneously — from feature stories to multimedia assets.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and resources; report regularly to leadership on progress and risks.
- Digital Publishing & Platform Oversight
- Optimize workflows for responsive design, accessibility and SEO best practices.
- Maintain publishing checklists, metadata accuracy, and editorial standards across platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Lead regular production meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables.
- Support editors and art directors in coordinating freelance contributors and external vendors.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and digital-first innovations.
- Monitor analytics and reader engagement metrics
- Stay current on emerging publishing tools, trends, and digital storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in digital media, publishing, or content production.
- Proven ability to manage complex editorial or creative projects from concept to launch.
- Strong familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset management, and workflow tools (Monday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at balancing creative vision with operational rigor.
- Understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, analytics and audience engagement.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

- Experience with multimedia publishing (video, podcasts, interactive content).
- Familiarity with digital advertising operations and branded content integration.
- Background in journalism, communications or digital design.
