Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. is a growing company and is currently seeking another residential sheet metal installer to join our team SCMI provides many long-term employment opportunities with very low turnover. Our head office is located in Grande Pointe, but our jobsites are located within Winnipeg.

The successful applicant will work in our residential sheet metal division as a pieceworker for new home builders - you will be paid based on our piecework structure. Previous sheet metal installation experience is required. As an installer, you will be offered competitive pay with an excellent benefits package that includes health and dental coverage. SCMI also has a company matched pension plan.

Requirements:

- Possess a valid and current driver’s license
- Must have reliable daily transportation to job sites within Winnipeg.
- Must be flexible with working hours
- Willingness and able to work independently majority of the time
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Possess a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
