Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Real Estate Law Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents and facilitating communication with clients, lawyers, and lenders. You will report directly to a partner at RealEstateClerks.ca, who will oversee incoming transactions and assign work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage external and internal communications, email, fax, and telephone inquiries
- Preparing purchase, sale and refinance files beginning to end
- Order title searches and draft requisition letters

Qualifications

- Legal Document Preparation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law
- Proficiency in matter management and ensuring data integrity
- Advanced computer skills with expertise in Word, Outlook, Gmail, Surefund, Docusign, Unity, LCS, Teraview, and Monday.com
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence
