This role includes mentoring claims staff, setting performance standards, and collaborating with senior leadership to align departmental goals with corporate objectives.Our claims managers are passionate about leading people; they continuously build and maintain engagement among the team. They have strong articulation and analytical skills, which make them effective communicators.
