Donna Cona Inc. is seeking multiple Senior Application / Software Architects for one of our key clients. The consultants are required to support PeopleSoft ERP Systems.

Qualifications

- Canadian Federal Government Reliability Security Clearance;
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience (within the last seven years) developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for a PeopleSoft ERP solution (HCM or Payroll as applicable) to meet the business and application requirements;
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience (within the last twelve years), working as an Application / Software Architect performing a minimum of four (4) of the six (6) tasks listed below

- Developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for an application area, to meet the business and application requirements;

- Analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows;

- Analyzing and evaluating alternative software solutions to meet business problems;

- Ensuring the integration of all aspects of software solutions;

- Creating an application component roadmap – roadmap to align business vision and functional coverage to IT vision; and

- Creating an application architecture framework

- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing the specific components or modules of the PeopleSoft HCM suite, in at least three (3) of the following:

- Self Service

- Manager Self Service

- Administer Pay Interface

- Manage Pay Interface

- Manage Priorities

- Recruiting Workforce Administration

- Labour Administration

- Absence Management

- Workforce Development – Profile Management, Performance Management

- Organization Development – Position Management, Enterprise Learning

- Workforce Monitoring – Health and Safety
