Key Responsibilities
- Process Canadian bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now
- Resolve payroll inquiries from employees and managers
- Prepare deductions reporting and payroll journal entries
- Complete year-end transactions, filings, and amendments
- Reconcile payroll liabilities and general ledger variances
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of Canadian payroll experience
- Full-cycle payroll and year-end processing experience
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills
- Strong accuracy, communication, and confidentiality skills Apply Canadian payroll expertise, ADP Workforce Now knowledge, and sound judgment to support Fullscript’s dependable financial operations.
