This person will play a pivotal role in helping us scale our platform and create extraordinary investor and management services across our global ecosystem.**Your Responsibilities:*** Ensure accuracy of quarterly financial statements, net asset value reporting, and investor reporting for multiple entities, including Healthcare Royalty funds, master-feeders, SPVs, and corporate general partners.* Manage capital activity processes (capital calls, distributions, rebalancing, carried interest, management fees) and collaborate with fund administrators and investor relations on reporting, client reports, and marketing materials under IFRS.* Oversee fund accounting activities including journal entries, valuations, reconciliations, and maintenance of books of record for parallel vehicles, SPVs, and managed accounts; support investment closings with funding and KYC.* Coordinate audits and prepare audited financials; work with tax consultants to ensure timely compliance with regulatory filings (FATCA/CRS, HST/GST, US/Canadian/Irish tax) and support control assessments, classifications, valuations, and compliance processes.* Partner with legal and business teams on new fund launches and fundraising activities; provide leadership on system automation and scaling of fund accounting and control platforms.* Represent the department with internal and external stakeholders, respond to ad-hoc data requests across teams, and perform additional tasks as required.* Other tasks required by your manager.**What You Bring To the Role:*** 3+ years of relevant fund accounting and administration work experience, preferably in private funds.* Experience in an Asset Management firm, actual exposures to audit, tax accounting, FATCA/CRS reporting, SLFI reporting, and level 3 valuation of investments are a plus.* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another related field.* CA / CPA Certification with specialization in Internal Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus.* Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to synthesize and articulate thoughts about companies and markets concisely.* Naturally curious, self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and accountability* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment* Organized and strong attention to detail.* Excellent execution focus* Excellent spoken and written in English; effective in French is a plus.This role offers significant opportunities for career growth and impact in a purpose-driven organization. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement collaboratif et performant qui valorise l'innovation, l'inclusion et l'apprentissage continu.**Ce Que Vous Ferez:*** Assumer la responsabilité de l'exactitude et de la ponctualité des états financiers trimestriels, des calculs de la VNI (Valeur Nette d'Inventaire) et des rapports aux investisseurs pour diverses entités, y compris les fonds de redevances en soins de santé à capital fixe structurés selon un modèle maître-nourricier, VUS (véhicule à usage spécial) et AC (Associé Commandité).* Collaborer avec notre administrateur de fonds et l'équipe interne des relations avec les investisseurs pour soutenir les activités de capital et préparer les rapports trimestriels et annuels conformément aux normes IFRS.* Gérer le cycle de vie complet de l'activité du capital, y compris les appels de capitaux, les distributions, les calendriers de rééquilibrage du capital, et les calculs des intérêts reportés et des frais de gestion.* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'investissement pour soutenir les clôtures de transactions, de la coordination du financement des investissements à la fourniture d'informations CTC (Connaître ton client).* Maintenir et superviser tous les aspects de la comptabilité des fonds, y compris les écritures de journal, les ajustements d'évaluation, les provisions, les rapprochements bancaires et la présentation de rapports financiers.* Soutenir les processus d'audit en préparant les états financiers audités au niveau du fonds et en assurant la liaison avec les auditeurs externes.* Tenir les livres et registres des véhicules parallèles, des VUS (Véhicule à usage spécial) et des comptes gérés avec précision et une attention particulière à la conformité.* Diriger la conformité fiscale du fonds en collaboration avec les conseillers fiscaux, en assurant le dépôt en temps voulu des déclarations réglementaires (par exemple, FATCA/CRS, TVH/TPS, déclarations fiscales américaines, canadiennes et irlandaises).* Soutenir les travaux d'évaluation et les évaluations de contrôle, en particulier pour les investissements de niveau 3 et les structures de fonds complexes.* Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus en concevant et en mettant en œuvre des contrôles comptables robustes et des outils d'automatisation.* Travailler de manière transversale avec les équipes juridique et de formation de capital sur les lancements de fonds et la mise en place de nouvelles séries.* Répondre aux demandes d'informations ad hoc des équipes internes, y compris juridique, relations avec les investisseurs, investissements, et autres.* Accomplir d’autres tâches
