- Salary range for Production Supervisor/Asset Owner is between $70,000 and $85,000 CAD annually and is based on experience

At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Production Supervisor/Asset Owner:

1. Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational efficiency goals in alignment with the overall business strategy
2. Coach, train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
3. Optimize resource utilization and asset performance while strictly adhering to established business processes and best practices
4. Establish and maintain effective communication systems within the team to ensure clear and efficient information flow
5. Manage documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are up to date and effective
6. Ensure compliance with all quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations
7. Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive improvements
8. Conduct Health and Safety audits and develop action plans for maintaining an orderly, clean work environment; owns and mitigates A-risks

1. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
3. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
4. Ability to collaborate effectively, with a strong commitment to servant leadership, creating a supportive and empowering environment that promotes team growth, development, and success
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
6. Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
7. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
8. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a demonstrated commitment to ensuring compliance and creating a safe work environment for all team members
9. Confidence in navigating and resolving complex or ambiguous situations, with a solution-oriented approach
