Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR guidance to operational leaders
• Drive employee attraction and engagement efforts
• Counsel on performance management and workplace issues
• Manage recruitment and onboarding coordination
• Analyze metrics for informed HR decision-making
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in HR or related area
• 1-3 years of HR experience in generalist roles
• Knowledge of HR law and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
