As a Senior Forecast Analyst, you will play a vital role in translating complex data into actionable strategies. This role is key to driving success across therapeutic areas and operational excellence while fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You'll ensure the delivery of comprehensive financial plans, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to refining strategic objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This position is based at our Montreal head office and requires an in-office presence 3 days a week.

The role reports into the Lead, Finance for the Specialty divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and underlying causes of variances.
- Manage and optimize forecast models to incorporate new data opportunities.
- Lead the forecasting process, ensuring effective data management.
- Oversee the forecasting process and facilitate strategic business discussions.
- Deliver timely business-focused analyses.
- Utilize data to address complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Align financial highlights and risks with Finance and brand managers.
- Collaborate with Market Access on brand listing assessments.
- Cultivate strong internal relationships and remain informed on industry developments.
- Support brand teams by integrating analytical insights with business strategy.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Trade and market access.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in analytical roles such as Sales, Marketing, or Market Research.
