About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President, Sales & Commercial Strategy to lead its North American commercial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellence across the regional hub structure. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in multi-region sales, the ability to translate market opportunities into growth plans, and a strong focus on customer and channel excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance, and will be expected to lead a high-performing team while promoting a customer-centric approach. Candidates for the Vice President, Sales & Commercial Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive sales leadership experience, including senior commercial roles. A background in manufacturing, engineered products, construction-related, recreation, infrastructure, or complex B2B environments is essential. The role demands a leader with strong strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills, as well as exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French, with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an asset.
